Renewal of Company Identity Design, Site design +rev Logo

We are considering a renewal of the corporate image of our company, so are looking for an experienced CI Designer who can offer at least 10 possibilities. (If you haven't done this before, please don't bid) We are a small cutting edge technology based company who has been developing telephony and communications systems for quite a while. We develop the software, adapt it to a certain type of hardware and sell the whole system. Facts to consider about our company: - We are technology oriented, always with the next development who other larger companies still don't have. - We are a leader in our area in telephony and communication systems (developed by us) - we have been in business since 1990 ( 20 years), would like to make a reminder of this (lightly). - We want to show experience and expertise in our field, (biggest customers in our region have our systems) - We are Cisco Registered Developer Partner. (our systems can connect to Cisco IP PBX systems) - We sell to Banks and somewhat traditional companies. - Half the company owners are, in the 40s and Technology focused, and can easily accept new ideas, but the rest are the mid 50s and 60s and may be a bit reluctant to big changes. (so it can't be a crazy change, cause it won't be accepted, but very well thought one, with a sober yet technological concept) What we would like to do> Evaluate our current Logo We already have a logo, would like someone experienced to take a look at it and offer renewal possibilities. Website We don't want a web system design, nor a web designer, but a proposal on the graphic design and functionality that the web should have. Afterwards we will then contract someone else to actually develop the Web part. (which will be done over drupal most probably) but not part of this project unless you offer it. Letterhead/Business Cards, have to come along with the CI structure. In essence, we are looking for a renewal of our corporate image and study of our "logo" for our company and we are NOT willing to accept "run of the mill". Please, only professional experienced designers need apply, and we are not in a hurry. REQUIRED FOR BIDDING: Please submit work examples depicting full Corporate Identity design, at a minimum we want to review Website images, Logos, Letterhead and Business Cards. THE JOB: We don't want inexperienced bidders, we really want a professional offer. We will be asking the winning bidder to deliver in two phases... Phase 1: The Logo and general image structure (the Website image). Our company is a software development company, focused on communications and telephony. We expect that for Phase 1 of the delivery process, you will be prepared to provide a total of 10 initial concepts from which we will narrow down to approximately 4 concepts for further refinement. We are looking for DISTINCT concepts and ideas to help make this company look renewed. The Final Deliverable will be on CS4 Adobe Illustrator Files (we need to know if have to acquire/purchase fonts). Phase 2: Adaptations of the structure to Business Cards / Letterheads. Upon approval of Phase 1, we will begin Business Card and Letterhead design. We expect 5 samples of each to be submitted for further refinement. Please anticipate 3 rounds of design refinement at a minimum, each time reducing the number of submissions. The mechanics will be as follows: 1- This is the MAIN auction, In this Auction we will choose the bidders with the best experience and job designs in this area, some 4 to 5. 2- Then we will invite them to another Auction, the DRAFT Auction, that will be setup in about a week. In which we will send each of the bidders our logo and data, so that you can propose a draft of ideas, We will pay $50 to each of the best 3 bidders with drafts. (so that Bidders won't feel they are loosing their work) 3- Then we will come back to the MAIN Auction, Here we will select at least one of the drafters. (could be more depending on price) and the selected bidder will be selected on this auction, with the BID price of the MAIN. Happy bidding, we look forward to hearing from you!
