Sophos Expert Required - Migration SG to XG

I am the kind of person who is obsessed if things don't work as they should. Shortly put, I'm a perfectionist looking for jobs. July 2019 edit: It's funny to see what I did in the past and what I considered to be "a pain". I'm deploying highly available applications using DB and web servers clusters at least monthly now and I find it quite simple. October 2017: My last challenging project was a high availability website that authenticates users over three synchronized LDAP servers on which the load was distributed using two load balancerd configured with VRRP. The webservers needed access to a database so I went with MariaDB and Galera, to gain HA. The project was a pain but it's working flawless now. I have been using VMware for 6 years. Deployed more than 200 hosts, installed and configured vCenter + Veeam Backup software. Linux admin for the last 8 years (Linux and BSD). Scripting in shell and php. Familiar with Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, LDAP, DHCP, postfix, dovecot, PPTP, IPSec VPN, OpenVPN and many others.
