Mikrotik RouterOS config multiple SSID vlan

I am replacing old Linksys routers and accesspoints with Mikrotik equipment.
I have one 750UP that connects via PPPoE to an ADSL modem. This is on my LAN as [url removed, login to view] (10.38.0.0/24). The 750UP can be the CAPsMAN.
I have four cAP2n ceiling access points that will be placed around my building for mesh connectivity. 1 of the cAP2n access points can be connected to the 750UP by CAT5 cable, but I will need WDS (or similar) as the others will have access to power only.
I need the following SSID on a separate subnet/vlan.
SSID: F2
NETWORK: 10.38.2.0/24
VLAN: 2
SSID: F3
NETWORK: 10.38.3.0/24
VLAN: 3
SSID: GUEST (for wireless hotspot)
NETWORK: 10.38.9.0/24
VLAN: 9
I need traffic to be separate from each vlan, apart from F2 and F3 networks should be able to access a web server on [url removed, login to view] and a network printer on 10.38.0.151.
I need DHCP servers running on the 750UP for each subnet/vlan, and the Hotspot service running on the Guest subnet/vlan.
I also need a best-practice firewall configuration on the 750UP to protect my network from the internet, but allows access to the 750UP from several trusted public IP addresses on SSH and Winbox ports.
Please only bid on this project if you have strong Mikrotik RouterOS Routerboard skills.
Access via SSH/Winbox can be arranged if you send a the required configuration for me to apply to the 750UP.
