Need memory/pointer errors in C++ program fixed.

I have a C++ program that scans hard drives. It does the equivalent of a recursive FindFirst/FindNext except that it uses lower level NTFS calls so that it does not affect file attributes. It is part of a forensics application.
The program also loads images into memory. There is definitely a problem before it gets to this point since I can skip the image load/decode code and it still shows an error. There may not be any errors in the image load/decode code but it still needs to be checked.
The last thing that the program does is an image analysis. This code has been used in the past and is vetted for memory errors and leaks, and is unlikely that it is causing any problems.
I cannot post the project until I have accepted a bid due to confidentiality. I have attached the most important source code files so that they can be examined. Once a bid has been accepted I will send the entire project.
