2 line moving average

I want to pay you to write me a computer program for a two-line moving average, to consist of a slow line, and a fast line. It will be a 360 minutes (six hours) line. A moving average moves by dropping the oldest price point, and then adding the current price of the currency-pair, or stock. The data feed for this program will be currency trading on SaxoBank (Denmark), and the USA stock exchanges.

Can you do this job for USD $300? or less?

You must do my little job on a “work done for hire” basis. Please put “copyright by Wade Covington 2006” somewhere in the program. The disk must be installable, please be very certain of this point.

To see a moving average (single line) in action, Google up NYSE, add it to your list of Favorites, and watch one of the 10 most active stocks. Refresh it frequently. but if the NYSE time zone is not practical for you, (you might not want to stay up all night), then Google up you favorite stock exchange (italy?), and take a look at the most active stocks there.

The disk must be installable, please be very certain of this point.

After you have got the job done, put the program on a disk, seal it, and put that in a jewel case, and send it to me by UPS DHL, or FedEx.
