Hi there, I had been applied for BAJAJ FINSERVE EMI CARD on may 2016 and they dint delivered the card nor refunded the money that is ₹350 and after that I have written bajaj customer care near about 66 emails but they don't revert back to me and I physically drafted written application 2 times at there Lucknow branch and didn't get any reply from their side . 2. Axis Bank has debited ₹700 + GST from my account for cash deposit charges and I didn't deposit any cash in my account for this fiscal year I complained them they said we will check and revert back but it goes from July to sept no response received. Kindly tell me how u help me

you should send them legal notice for demand of deposited amount as well as legal damages. There after you should install a complaint case in consumer forum in case they do not pay legally demanded amount.
