Create a Contract Proposal Template for accommodation

In short, I am looking for a qualified contract writer who has constructed contracts between Travel Companies and Properties/Hotels/Resorts. DO NOT bid on this project if you do not have these skills, as I will not even consider. Please see the attached document, read clearly and understand what it is that I am after. This person should also be qualified in Negotiating, has done extensive collaborating with suppliers in the Accommodation sector successfully and knows what a good contract must include. The document explains all the details, however I need it to be to the point, alleviating any back and forth (time wasting) and must look and feel like you are a true industry professional and know how to execute such a job with an intelligent & influencing skill set that is industry recognised. A very common error is starting a proposal with an introduction to your company and why you are suited to solve this audience's needs. That never works. Do not open a proposal with information about your company or service. Instead, focus on the client's need and problem. This confirms to your potential client that you understand their business and their need. Problems I am trying to resolve are: Filling more of the premium rooms to create a better RevPar or or increase the average daily room rates. I am also trying to appeal to the correct target market and understand their needs better, hence I am handpicking "stand out" properties who have an extremely affable & genuine review score online Again, I will not consider anyone who does not have these skills, knowledge and previous working experience in the field of contract proposal writing in the tourism, accommodation industry.
