offshore company formation

Hello I am operating an internet company. I would like to set up a company in a jurisdictions with the following criteria:

-low set up cost

-low ongoing cots

-low taxes

Currently I think the UK would be good because of low setup costs. And I already have Ltd in the UK. It cots me $65 to form them. But maybe you have better ideas.

Please include PM and include the costs.
