529221 a JOOMLA work no real development and existing template

Hello everyone, I want to have a site almost identical in functionality as this one [login to view URL] (with one or two minor additions). My project must be built with Joomla 1.7.1, and with the [login to view URL] template [login to view URL] (easy job : no development, using an existing CMS and template !) The final design aspect of my project must be identical to this Joomla site with a variation in red (and not in blue) : [login to view URL] (when you look the source code of this site, you can see that it also use the template [login to view URL] ). On my Joomla site, I want have a members management module with pictures (similar as on [login to view URL] ), a ads module (with pictures, and a web 2.0 effect, and a admin validation before publish them), a web sites directory (users will be able to submit their sites, and the administrator will validate or not the additions). The work will be complete when all is installed on my host. This job is not very complicated ... Be nice, make not a bid too high! If you give me references, please check that your links work!
