flash/joomla expert

I am having a difficult time with many functions from the joomla site. I have tried and attempted to do varies of things but i found that I should have an expert to lessen my long restless hours that sometimes i spend.

This Expert should be very knowledgeable about joomla and also be able to appoint suggestion on my site and the future of the layout.
