URGENT - SPEED REQUIRED (OPTIMIZE LANDING PAGE FOR MOBILE- START IMMEDIATELY)

Urgent - We are looking for a pro familiar with optimizing landing pages for mobile to take our landing page and get the ideal loading time within 2 seconds. The landing page is already designed for mobile, coded, responsive, etc. Everything is done it just needs to be optimized at this point. The loading time on the page is upwards near 11 seconds on a 3G mobile connection and as our ads will be on Facebook (the data shows 80% of our users are mobile. Google has show statistically that you average a 20% drop off for every second the site takes to load on a mobile device using a 3G connection. To put this into comparison, 1.49 MB site (with no issues in CSS, code, JavaScript, etc) takes 7 seconds to load. We need to optimize our landing page to be within 400KB and all issues with CSS, JavaScript, Ajax etc resolved so we can get within a 2 second loading time on a mobile device on a 3G connection. I need someone that can start TODAY and finish this project by Monday, January 29th. They will be provided with cPanel access. The lead generation is through HubSpot and everything is connection through the backend through API the only thing required is fixing code, optimization, compressing images etc and finding the best way to get this to load within 2 seconds on a 3G connection. The only difference between the variations of the 5 landing pages is the timing script on the site that has a POP-UP sign up box for the lead generation to appear after a certain time the user has watched the video, the remaining elements are all identical on the site so the changes can be applied across the board. Speed is the requirement in this job as I need this job completed by Monday so I need a professional who is skilled in this field to start today immediately and finish by Monday after reviewing the spec and promising they can do this.
