Modify Shopify Search Bar CSS/JS

I've had a little bit of custom work done on my Shopify site in the past ([login to view URL]), and currently I believe there are some conflicting classes/js scripts running that are causing some issues with the search bar functionality. If you take a look at my website, you will notice that when you click on the magnifying glass icon, you cannot see the search input field, however you are able to type (invisible text) and search properly. If you click on the magnifying glass icon before the page fully loads, you will see what it should look like. My guess is that something is preventing the input field to load properly by defaulting the class to inactive. For this project, I just need someone to go through the header and search css/js code in order to identify and fix the issue so that the search bar works normally. I'm not sure what caused this, otherwise I would revert the changes myself. Look forward to seeing your proposals!
