We are a startup looking for a full stack developer to create a website and related backend. Our website will sell subscriptions to access travel deals. The backend will facilitate the search to some degree, via APIs, but entries in the database will be human controlled. Main components are: - Responsive website which allows subscription and visualization of online deals - Admin panel to enter the deals in the database for online visualization and newsletter - Automated newsletter, using the Mail Blast API - Backend preferably written in Python on Django and hosted on our AWS account (EC2, Beanstalk, Lambda, S3, SES) - Frontend preferably based on Bootstrap 4.0. We can provide a template as a starting point - Subscription and credit card management based on Stripe - Integration with travel APIs to automatically retrieve pricing. i.e. Kiwi dot com (docs [dot] kiwi [dot] com) - 12 months maintenance and assistance in case of bugs. More details on the workflow can be discussed via chat, and we are happy to receive suggestions from the professionals out there on how to do this the best way. A great work will certainly lead to a long-term arrangement for future developments and improvements.

I would suggest working in iterations. First make a fast prototype of the user interface of different pages so that you can play and test if you like. This will allow remove misunderstanding of what needs to be accomplished in the beginning. - When settled on the ui and workflow, tighten the ui to make it work fast and very responsive. - Then put it all into backend with business logic applied to it. - Then integrate and test described APIs, MailBlast, Stripe, and Kiwi. I think AWS is a good choice for this task and from my side will provide django/python. I do a thorough testing to remove bugs before going to production but if something slips, I will fix it right away.
