This must be written in Ruby-on-Rails so please do not bid if you are seeking to do this in PHP!
In general this is a fairly sizable project that seeks to create a financial market place for a specific online asset. It will require the following tasks:
1) Ruby-on-Rails application
2) Creation of two web-scraping APIs (can be done through [url removed, login to view] or something similar if desired)
3) Implementation of payment system (ie [url removed, login to view] or something similar)
4) A number of specific features that will require back-end processes running that will go complete tasks on other sites. ie bots that will complete tasks through phantomjs/watir or a similar solution. As we are looking to perform tasks on sites that do not have APIs and goes beyond just gathering information.
There is a full 20 page Project Description that will be available to the winner, provided you are willing to sign an NDA/non-compete. This Project Description includes the overview of the project, Mock-ups, feature lists and descriptions. Furthermore, Desires for hosting, analytics, parsing, gems and use cases. This will not be provided to you until I have assessed that you can complete the project.
