Developer needed for React + Electron basic app for IoT Kiosk

Looking for:
* Experienced Electron + React developer
* Fast and neat coder who applies best practices for React + Electron
* Experience building Electron native software that powers RS232 components a BIG plus
Deliverables:
* ElectronJS kiosk app to power an IoT service kiosk
* This is a simple project that requires a basic UI/UX frame and flows only as per the specification provided in Electron
* None of the implementations for the hardware interactions is required but will need implementation examples of communication between functions/libraries to call C/C++ libraries (for NFC reader and other components) and also serial (RS232) communication with hardware components.
* Expect electcron-react-boilerplate setup (or an equivalent standard boilerplate)
* Compatible with Windows and Linux (Ubuntu)
* Will provide reference code for our existing UI/UX. In .NET (WPF + XAML)
* The app communicates with a few components as follows and we expect placeholders for the following components/modules:
- Serial communication with Industrial Coin Sorter (RS232 based)
- C/C++ dll library for NFC Card Reader (RS232 based)
- Cash Note Acceptor
- A QR Camera, and
Additional Notes:
- Interested parties shall receive more detailed specification and requirements.
- Looking for completion within 4-8 weeks. A small bonus will be offered if it can be done within the timeframe.
