If you know Javascript, React and possible redux will this should be straight forward. The project is nothing that hasn't been done before and and experienced developer should be able to complete this a a few hours. It really basic, but I can't make the deadline because I'm really quite Ill right now. Please don't pass on this if are still early in your career. You don't need reference or a job, just show me you know react and can build a simple front end app.
