274684 PSD to HTML/CSS/XML/Javascript

Design requires a footer with javascript flyout menu. There will be one dynamic page which will be using Javscript/XML to populate the menu, call in the right flash animation and show the page... We need standarts compliant HTML markup, implementation of customized javascript and client-side XML parsing..

design is attached... there will be 2 templates for static pages and the one you see.

JS standarts are:

# Prototype or a similar well-known javascript framework should be used.

# All html and css files should be w3c validatable.

# Unobtrusive javascript should be used. No "onclicks" in the html code.

# No modification of default behaviours of html tags. Either with css classnames or css paths (prefered).

# Should work well in ie6, ie7, safari and firefox.

# "[url removed, login to view]" for cross browser issues.

# "Em"s instead of pixels where possible.

# Flash files (if any) should be places by [url removed, login to view] .
