Implement 12 Pages HTML Pages based on a pdf document and an existing Website design in form of 2 html pages

Dear Freelancer, I have the beginning of a website with a given design (2 html pages) and would like to see how a new design might look for more pages. Enclosed are the 12 pages in a pdf document. The 2 existing html pages will be handed over when the project starts. The work to be done is: Take the pdf document with the 12 pages and convert it into 12 html pages based on the existing 2 html pages. The HTML needs to be valid html5 and css3 and should pass the www validator. The pages should work in the current versions of IE, Firefox and Chrome. The navigation must be implemented with an unordered list tag. The different elements should be on divs which are positioned with css3. No tables should be used to layout the elements. The colors and sizes need to be taken from the existing website. The work needs to be done in 5 days after the project is awarded. I am looking for reliable and professional partner for further works. I would also like to know how much additional pages would cost based on the same design?
