I enjoy teaching. Today.. well, I am a young physicist, but, when I was a kid, I was fortunate enough to have classmates in my school who enjoyed learning and studying as I did. We used to trade lectures: They taught me programming (which the school didn't teach), and in return, I taught them physics/math (not the kind of physics/math that was taught on school). We used to use teamviewer to share screen and teach each other. Maybe that works for what you want as well.
For that, we used to make lists of topics of the subjects we were going to teach each other. I kept doing so with other people, and eventually I was the one to teach programming, and I've done a list of topics.
Well, unfortunately, I do not know Java, so I can offer only C++ lectures. I'd also appreciate if we could adjust the timing, maybe from 6pm to 8pm Australia time?
Here is a initial C++ list. I couldn't copy paste fully because there's only few characters left to write. The original list has 335 lines, and that's just one list. There's 6 lists I've done for C/C++.
If you want, I can send you this full list.
Hope to hear from you!
