Please convert this C# code source into Java code.
Main functions are these three encryption or hashing algorithms in C# code.
1. SHA-1 Hashing
hashing value of "joseph" -> "cdb2acefd00b1c881a71daf1b2ec26fcb8531c86"
2. pHpass checking
CheckHash("1111", "$P$[login to view URL]") return true.
If you put except "1111", It'll return false
3. AES encryption
AES Encryption of "Joseph" will be "EAAAABNSUW3Ewt7YgqEwmg2d9xjrrlHEqbNlNViCv7aqOT8u"
Please read source code about Key, pass or vector other important elements.
If you can convert to asp module, you can get more budget.
