Implement C# version of Java code

We will be using Apache Thrift on one of our projects. To better structure our code we would like to have the server multiplex a number of services. There is a patch for this in Thrift:

We are looking for someone who can implement this in C# and do a simple verification test.
If successful the changes will be contributed / offered to the Thrift project and the programmer will also be named / credited.
