As I understand from your given document that the application helps user to manage and governance of contractual relationships. For this you have introduced some new workload planning functionality in the document and after read the last point I understand why you have asking for Kendo Chart. After read the document I just want to request that can I get a chance to see your application once before start the work on it. According to your requirement I will have to work in front end to provide a rich user experience. You want to use Kendo mainly to integrate the chart so, I will manage the client side activities.
