Play Music In iPhone App

This is a very simple & quick project for any developer. Looking to put code in the app delegate that plays a music file named: [login to view URL]
The music continuously loops forever and has no gap in between each time it plays. I also need code that can be used on any ViewController that will set the volume to 0
(Example: IBAction { music volume = 0 } & IBAction { music volume = 10 } )
