Add streaming audio to existing Swift app - Internet audio feeds

Please read this BEFORE bidding! Currently have a swift iOS app (target iOS 13.1) that I'd like to add streaming audio to. It will stream two audio feeds from the internet (more detail below). The audio will reside on the main/home page of the app and would like the following added:
Play/Stop button (using button images that I'll provide)
Volume Slider (that works with the device volume up/down buttons)
Track title from audio stream displayed on screen (in the blue box)
A switch - when off app plays feed 1 (main feed), when on app plays feed 2 (fire only feed).
When switch is moved from one position to another, current feed stops and automatically starts the selected feed
Will play audio when app is in background
Device does not go to sleep when app is in foreground
App will try to reconnect audio if internet hiccups
Horizontal audio meter that moves with audio

Info on audio streams:
The audio provider wants me to now use their API to get the web address each time app runs. The web address will now change periodically so using the API will dynamically set the correct address each time. The API will provide the "host" (example [login to view URL]
) and "mount" (/h234jh237d). The two need to be appended (like [login to view URL]
) and then used for the audio source. API doc is simple [login to view URL]
Attached is a picture of the old app (written in Obj-C). New app is in Swift 5 and want similar audio functionality.
