I need an iPad App developed to mimic the functionality of an existing website. The purpose of the website is to allow goal tracking for a student in a classroom. The student has a student tracker (see attached) that allows him or her to select yes or no to whether they accomplished their goal for a given interval (determined by the server). They can only see their individual goal entry page. Teachers have a slightly more involved page. They get the same option to enter yes or now, but they can select from all the available intervals as well as enter a note for that interval (see below). Basically, I would want the app to contact the server and get the goal and interval for the student and teachers and take their entry on the tablet. It would then push the results back to the server. I can create whatever interface your design would need on the server, I just need help building the app to display it. I would also need some guidance in publishing it. Below are the screens I would need to have created as well as a list of requirements. 1. Logon Screen. I need to have a way of configuring it for a Teacher or a Student login so it knows which interface and access is available from the server. 2. Teacher input screen. (See below) 3. Student input screen (See below...they also get the beginning of the day questionnaire to start their day. Requirements. 1. The app needs to mimic the screens like a template. The server will determine the goals, intervals, beginning day questions etc. 2. The app needs to be able to pop up reminders for the students and teachers based on the intervals to prompt them to enter their goals.
