Ionic 4 Download and Static Footer Theme

dear freelancer,
i need a simple ionic 4 or ionic 5 themes codes with descriptions:
1. default sidemenu, with a few link to pages. please create it with a simple page default with just a back button.
2. has a static footer, this footer not change event the page link is change
3. please create a simple link to download file at homepage. download mp3 file and pdf file.
please make a footer with <audio> tag and link to this streaming radio: [login to view URL]
the side menu link is just to make sure that footer is stay when go to another pages. the streaming on footer must be not stop when go to another pages.
