***JOB SUMMARY*** I will pay $10 for you to find me ten websites—of course excluding the websites I have listed—where I can advertise for freelance engineers in the Eastern European countries I have listed and in Russia. ***WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY*** Please only apply for this project if you live in one of the following countries: - Russia - Belarus - Ukraine - Moldova - Romania - Serbia - Bosnia-Herzegovina - Montenegro - Kosovo - Macedonia - Albania Frankly, I will most likely end up working with people who live in Russia and the Ukraine because it is well-known that those two countries have many millions of well-educated people but very mismanaged governments and terrible economies.
