We are looking for a SEO webmaster to work under our IT department on keywords and increase visitor numbers.
That means three of the following six keywords/phrases (online jewelry auction(s), jewelry, vintage watches, antique jewelry, wholesale jewelry, diamonds, best buy jewelry, ebay jewelry, or bidz) must get listed on 1st page of Google position (30% bonus if you achieve Top 3) and above in the USA only Google search engine.
You must analyze our website for proper SEO optimization and be very experienced. Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised.
To be included in your SEO plan is 200 themed back links back link pages must relate to our site topic) on PR4+ sites (links MUST be on PAGES with PR4+, not a domain of PR4+. Home page PR, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count).
Please provide detailed SEO techniques you will use and examples of completed projects you have done. We have a blog, Facebook, Twitter and over 1000 YOUTUBE videos
SEO should follow:
-No SEO Spam techniques
- No Black Hat methods (Only White Hat)
- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
- No unethical methods
- Links must be from USA Canada based websites.
- Links must be from USA language websites only.
- Link pages must be visible, readable, indexable & 'do follow'
- Links must be permanent
- One-way links only
- No paid traffic sites.
-No banned sites, violent, illegal sites, etc.
- Links that are not approved must be replaced by the service provider
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
- No [login to view URL] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.
- No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, Flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
- No use of automated software or bots.
- No link farms, link exchange programs and web rings.
- Free one-way MANUAL links (no link blasting software).
- No subdomains, back links must be on a www.
- Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.
- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
- Maximum outgoing links on page can NOT exceed 30.
- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days.
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. MAXIMUM 2 LINKS PER DOMAIN.
- No article directories, link farms, profile links, forums, spam sites, web rings, adult sites, bookmarking sites, or link directories.
- Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable
--No directory submissions, forum posts, article submissions, profile links, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites.
- No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc.
- Domain page and its URL must not contain words links and sponsor.
- No classified ads
- No dynamic links
Weekly Page Ranking report required.
Your Report (in Excel) includes:
- Date link is placed on link page
- URL of link page
- IP of link page
- Google PR of link page (not domain PR)
- Number of outbound links from the linked page
- Anchor Text used for the link
- Target URL of the link that has been placed on the page
Payment in escrow and paid after completion. Possibility of long term association for maintence etc.
