I would like to see 15 test leads after you bid. Provided these are good, I look forward to working with you.

Read carefully below:

All payments are processed instantly via Freelancer. Your first payment will be made to your Freelancer account immediately AFTER MY CPA NETWORK PAYS ME OUT for the leads that YOU have generated in your FIRST month. You will only be paid once I RECIEVE the money from my affiliate company. The reason that I do this is if I pay you up front for the leads and the affiliate company tells me that my leads are garbage or my account gets banned because of your actions, then I will lose out on all of the money. But if everything is OK and my affiliate company sends my payment to my Paypal account, then I will immediately send you the money via Freelancer in to your Freelancer account.

Please provide how you will track each offer you will be promoting and how you will generate the leads. I don’t need your secrets, just an idea, so my CPA account will not get banned for fraudulent leads.
