Viral Marketing Expert to BOOST traffic - No SEO

I have a brand new website, and I need a social/viral marketing EXPERT to start BOOST the site traffic

The website have at now a very low average of < 20 unique visitors per day. We need to BOOST this trhoug viral/social marketing

- A brand new active website (Site info and detail will be sent via PM only)

- Facebook/twitter pages with some followers already (pretty few)

- Some link building had beed already done

*** What we need:

- A skilled person that can bring a social/viral marketing campaign, able to work ON RESULTS and that can BOOST the traffic from REAL and UNIQUE visitors

- Only social and viral marketing with WHITE HAT tecniques. This means i.e.: forum discussions (NO SPAM! ONLY IN-TOPIC DISCUSSIONS!!!) viral and web-guerrilla marketing etc.

- Solid, reliable, quality, NON FAKE and targeted traffic

- You have to be an "Human Adword" that brings solid, reliable, quality, NON FAKE and targeted traffic

- NO DIRECTORY SUBMISSION

- NO FAKE PR SUBMISSION

- NO FAKE TRAFFIC

- ABSOLUTELY NO SPAM

- NO SEO BULK PAKAGES

You fail any of this rules -> No Pay and will be reported for fraud

- WE DON'T need a SEO

- WE DON'T want "awesome packages"

- WE DON'T want "insite/offsite optimizations"

- WE DON'T want "PR over 9000 links"

- WE DON'T want SEO buzzwords proposals

In case you miss it, I will stress this again: need a marketing man who know how to approach social and online marketing, NOT an average SEO. WE DON'T NEED SEO PACKAGES. Bid only if you think you are the man for this, and SEND A pm with:
