I need some Graphic Design

We are looking for a design for a drawing of a kiosk to go with a business plan we are submitting for approval this week. It is just a preliminary design to give the host business an idea what we are talking about placing in their retail center. It is a kiosk to go inside of another retail business . The idea is a place to advertise a service, a backdrop about 10 feet across, 6 feet high in the back and the sides coming out 5 or 6 feet high and coming out 10 feet from the back. Within the space would be a desk for one person to sit behind with room for 2 to sit on the other side of the desk. The name of the company being Advertised is Intero Real Estate Services and I can send a logo. This is to reach potential buyers and sellers of properties in a senior community. So on the back or to the side of the back we would like a place to mount a flat screen tV monitor to display properties for sale. The sides could have a scene with seniors golfing on one side and playing tennis on the other side. Could be stock pictures. The Backdrop should have the Intero Logo attached and below it "Serving the Rossmoor Community." This is just a rough draft illustration just to give a concept. I can attach a logo when we hire someone.
