Format and illustrate a new book

I'm writing a business book. The knowledge provided will be concise, with each page having just around 50 to 100 words. As a result, I'll be using a significant amount of illustration to make it more interesting and readable. I expect to be needing around 50 illustrations. Some examples of words that need to be illustrated - 'business wisdom', 'start-ups', 'analyzing numbers' etc. Besides the illustrations, I also need the book formatted in the most readable way possible (I'm expecting more of a millennial audience)
Would like to hear from anyone experienced in doing this kind of job.
