We are looking for a freelancer that will bring active users (in the US) to our free chat app on iPhone (details of the app will be provided to the bidders). It’s up to the developer to establish a plan of actions. We'll be happy to discuss and approve it. The plan of actions might (but not necessarily) include the organic growth, social media promotion, boost to the top, etc. What matters to us is the number of active users with our app (in the US). We will set milestones upon mutual agreement. Upon successful completion of Phase 1 we might offer a similar project (Phase 2) to continue increase the number of active users.
