I want to create a WIX bilingual website [English and Arabic] with customized code somehow similar to what is descriped within the below provided video and link.

The point that the site will include all service rates so the client can choose which service(s) he/she would like to get using multiple check boxes.
Thus, different level of discounts will be applied based on the chosen services/customer input.
I’m going to provide you with an excel sheet with all eligible discounts/functions but I just wanted to make sure someone can develop this feature using WIX and have developed similar functions before, if yes then pelase conatct me.
