We are an online retailer based in the UK and require an online template for our team to enter Product description Data in plain text in sections and then be converted to HMTL for upload to be used for our Website and ebay stores. The fields required for Product Data would include: 1. Product Description - Plain 2. Features - Bulleted List 3. Specifications - Displayed in a Table 4. Specifications for Watches - Pre-formatted Table used only for Watch Products in Table 4. Compatibility - Plain 5. Box Contents - Bulleted List 6. Important Information - Displayed in BOLD Text For Features, Specifications, Compatibility and Box Contents these would be headed. The purpose and importance of this template is to ensure that when product data is input for our website and ebay templates that the layout and content is consistent throughout the different product listings. The layout of product data for one product should be similar to another product. Fonts, text size etc should be consistent. I have uploaded some examples of how I would expect the layout to look like. I would also welcome any ideas to better this process. It sounds like what you are looking for is a way to input data and have that form upload it to different parts of your site and into your ebay store. There are several ways to accomplish this and keep the form consistent for all items. It would depend on how your website/ebay store is built but I can definitely create an awesome form that would capture all required data and upload it to wherever you would like at the push of the submit button.
