Im looking for someone who can either build the game i want from the bottom, or clone a website and make changes so its exactly like that game (with small changes)

What i want is a text based browser game (rpg) though with no graphics.

Its run pc only.

The game is about

gaining levels, joining guilds, fighting and so on.
