Need 1) landing page development and 2) primary website fine tuning

Hello, 1. I am looking for someone to develop landing page - to our design/brand/style specs per our primary website (HTML/CSS/Bootstrap) - for one our areas of practice along with fixing some of the issues on our primary website (not a lot - just to make it look more professional for cross-platform - site is already done and functional, i.e. just add 2-4 new small features and and clean up CSS). The purpose of developing landing pages is for development of internet marketing/PPC campaigns/and similar etc. 2. Can provide full description of work needed/ideas to who qualified candidates and also the template to what they can refer how landing page should look like. N.B. More landing pages (although using the same format) might be required in the future should we be happy with the overall execution. 3. Budget can be discussed (circa CAD$300-550) 4. Payment terms preferred: 1/3 - once agreed on the project/terms/and developer; 1/3 - after the revision 1/3 - once the project is complete 5.
