GmailApp/[login to view URL] with Javascript in Googlesheet by loading HTML from file

I have a simple problem to be solved:
1) I have a javascript in googlesheets that sends an email using GmailApp/MailApp
2) Email's body is read from a HTML file on google drive
3) The HTML file is combination of HTML file and in-line images in HTML.
4) All images are shown correctly in email and embedded correctly in the email.
Problem:
The email received does not show up correctly. here are list of problems:
1) some of inline images are ALSO ATTACHED TO EMAIL and I DONT WANT THEM TO SHOW AS ATTACHMENT. I WANT IMAGES TO BE EMBEDDED IN EMAIL. I ALSO DO NOT WANT A LINK TO IMAGES STORED ANOTHER LOCATION, IMAGES MUST BE EMBEDDED IN THE EMAIL.
2) some characters in the script are not interpreted correctly and are shown as question mark.
3) the final result should look correct in outlook and gmail and yahoo and aol.
