css changes to my site

I have a website that runs on Oxwall. Experience with Oxwall is highly advantageous since I have more in-depth projects that need doing as well, however experience with Oxwall isn't needed for this project.
I'd like a few css changes made around the site. Very basic work for someone who knows that they're doing. :)
I need:
The site header image changed so it responsively fits on the screen regardless of the screen size. (see image attached)
A code changed in one of the plug in files so the buttons looks the same as the rest of the theme/site. (see image attached)
A border that shows up around everything on the site (simply a thin black border that sits around all avatars, all divs, even the options in the menu). I need this border removed.
You need:
Freelancer needs to have strong English speaking skills please.
You also need to be available to begin work straight away.

I have another project that needs doing (I have heaps, but 1 at a time, haha) which we will discuss at the end of this project providing it goes well.
