Content writing articles from animated videos

Hi freelancers!
We have a website with over 600 animated e-learning videos.
We will need your help to create a text page for each video that explains the same thing as the video do but in text form. Each video is about 4 minutes (700 words).
We also need your to know some basic HTML so that you can structure the page and add images from the video in text to make it more fun and enyoable.
So this is a combination of content writing and HTML.
