i want to develop a biometric data of staffs ,they will register their names ,dept, designation ,year employed etc and their five fingers captured ,so that if thesame person wants to register again the system will indicate double registration and reject itkits going to be a form of control, the server will be on line and i can also have it in my local server to update online at my convinence
