PHP/MYSQL expert here and API expert. I clearly went through their API instructions. First tell me your site is in PHP/MYSQL and you have the form which has all fields like they mentioned in the document. Then i need to code it and send them an email so they will test and verify if everything is done like they need. Then only they will approve it for LIVE test so the application can go LIVE. I have vast experience in handling complex code and i am an expert in it. SO discuss with me with your website details and we can go from there. This is NO way a 300$ JOB as for my experience is concerned.
