Change the sns kanta theme + fixing problems

Iv installed an sns kanta theme. but i need some changes.
1. Remove sidebars
2. Remove theme settings from frontpage
3. The basket is disspeared. and says you already added this products maximum quantity
4. All products : there is no add to basket anymore is disspeared
5. Change the theme a little bit how the procuts looks like: its almost 30 % changes.
I want a really good prestashop expert.
Take backup before u do somthing
Take backup of category.
Backup of all products. its new started so there is only 30 products.
