Change some words in Quick Search on my Wordpress Website

Hi Guys , Here's the website [login to view URL] . If you go to my website, you will see a search engine on the right, " quick search" If you notice, it says "Countries" in it. What I need done is to change that word " Counties" to say " Unites States" If you scroll down to the bottom, you will also see another search engine that also has "Countries" in it as well as the link that says " Advanced search" when you click that link, It also has "Countries" in it. I need all of these changed to " United States" One part in advanced search says, " Select Country" I need Country to say state. Also, On the homepage, you will also see a link that says " Register" when you click in to register, it also has the fields that say" Country" and "Select Country" I need these to be changed to "States" and "Select State" as well. There are only 2 sections that need these changes in the "registration link," The "Independent" registration and the "Massage Agency" Not the Normal user registration.
