html5 presentation with interactive content -- 2

I need a small presentation with some interactive content. It will be split in 3 slideshows with 3 slides each, and an opening slideshow with only 2 slides. Each slideshow necessarily have to follow the directory structure as in the attached file. They have a yes/no question in the first slide, and the user's answer has to reflect in the following slides. Slides will contain some images, and one or two videos. I'll provide all media files and a technical guideline manual to follow. Has to be responsive and work fine with both ipad and microsoft explorer 9+. This is important: After the work is done and delivered, some modifications might have to be executed. Your bid must preview those minor modifications, and a final milestone will be released only after my full approval. More detailed info and some other specifications will be provided for the awarded freelancer. i need it as fast as possible!
