i need to convert the PDS to Responsive pages in to steps :
- in 2 days i need the full working static version.
- in 3 days i need the full website as responsive one.
total working days are 5 days. i want to deliver this site to my client on 20th Sep 2014
This project is Urgent, so if I didn't receive the static version in 17th Sep 2014, i can't pay you and I'll cancel you and move to another freelancer to complete it.

Fix the Header & Social Icons while scrolling, also I need animated icons and some jQuery effects (fading/sliding/rotating/hovering/parallax-scrolling...etc) to give the website some life, here examples to show you what I mean :
