Website - transfer existing old site to a new wordpress theme

The theme is from [login to view URL] and uses the visual composer plugin by wp-bakery. I would also like someone who has a artistic side to make the new look complete with the transfer of content. What I need done. 1. Transfer content from old pages to the new wordpress theme. 2. Transfer pictures from old pages to new pages on the wordpress theme. 3. Format the new pages on wordpress to look good on the new theme and not crappy. 4. Adjust layouts as needed to make each page complete and not empty. 5. Adjust the menu of the footer and main section of the website to reflect the pages 6. The website can not look cheesy as this is for a law company. 7. All images should be labeled the same for SEO purposes.
