I need a php MySQL system that will store questions in the database, I just need the basics, I need it to have if else statements depending on the questions answered. I also need the ability to upload a photo on each question if required.
It will need a background image and the questions will be over the top of the image.
I need a backend to add edit questions, the questions will need the following ability, Radio Buttons, Text Box and Drop Down Menu.
The back end will need to be able to add users, every user will for the time being have the same questions.
Due to my last programmer not being able to do this I need this ASAP.
I do NOT want codeignitor or any other system like it.
