Few assumptions and SOW are as per below. please verify; 1. Custom SharePoint Designer Workflow will be created to have the workflow defined in the requirements. It will choose the stage path based on type of record. It will create and assign tasks to respective staff member/manager as the workflow moves ahead. 2. Email templates will be configured through a list. There will be a pre-defined set of <placeholders> available which can be used to configure email templates. 3. SharePoint Online has no direct way like timer job to execute at regular interval, so as a replacement we will create a console application that will be communicating SharePoint online using CSOM. A windows service needs to be developed that will execute console app at regular interval. Note: windows service and console app are needed to be hosted on a computer that can communicate with SharePoint online and it is expected to be kept on.
