rebuild and redesign an existing website

Project Description The Project: I have an existing website in its first version([login to view URL]) . The website is interested in hiring and renting through allowing users and customers to place or find their things easily and simply . What I need : I need to develop this website and improve it with new features, rebuilding and redesigning it to be more simple and easy for the customers and users and the administrators . The developer Qualifications: The developer must have the following skills and expertise. PHP (Codeignator framework)jQuery,SQL,CSS ,SEO. The features and needs : I need the following issues to be done : 1. redesign the pages,layout,icons . 2. rearrange icons so that they look simple and easy. 3. edit categories and create new categories and sub categories.(items (edite) ,sub items, locations, real state features(number of {rooms, baths, kitchen, living room }),car features (make, model, year, car details icons ) 4. simplify user and passwords ( existing) 5. create more admin fields to admin all categories and pages. Now only password ,rules item category are existing) 6. create and edit items sorting show (customers reviews, trusted rentals ,time,deals,…etc (a-z,z-a , locations, price sorting are existed ). 7. things show editing (add icons to ads show). 8. reedit the wanted page and layout completely 9. create an effective tool to send reminders and notifications to customers. 10. Add new language to the project to be two languages website and create an icon for the languages.
